The small works department has been set up to deal with callouts, minor works and emergencies. Some of the types of works that the small works department carry out are: fault diagnosis and repair, additions of sockets or lights to circuits, changing light fittings etc. The Small Works Department is primarily run by James Norton. There are usually two or three Electricians assigned to carrying out these works.
